We had a perfect stay here. With its central location, we were able to easily access all attractions and excellent restaurants. The service and housekeeping were exceptional, and the welcome drink was a nice touch. The room amenities, such as ironing facilities and tea and coffee facilities, made us feel right at home. The dressing area and free toiletries added to the comfort of our stay. The television and flat-screen TV provided entertainment, and the carpeted floor made the room cozy. The breakfast, with its special diet menus, was delicious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The indoor swimming pool and beach access were great amenities, and we enjoyed relaxing in the leisure/TV room. The Wi-Fi and on-site car park were convenient, and the luggage storage was helpful. We also appreciated the bar/lounge area and children's menu. this place had everything we needed for a luxurious and comfortable stay. Families would definitely enjoy their time here.

We stayed at a charming B&B near a nice beach and very close to St Annes centre. The room had lovely decor and a clean ensuite shower room. The staff were extremely friendly and catered to our every need. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety to choose from. The location was ideal as it was near a variety of excellent restaurants and cafes.
The room we stayed in was not in the main house and had a tired look with outdated office style ceiling tiles and overpowering pink wallpaper.

It made my trip to Lytham St Annes a quite comfortable experience. The location was incredible, just a short walk away from a public beach. The local beach was sandy.

The staff and location were good, I loved it. The room was immaculate with comfy beds. Generally everything was very good, though the bathroom was very basic. The airport was approx 10 minutes' drive away👍
